Wheel and cylinderbrushes are used in many industrial applications where continuous brushing action is required. Wheel brushes are typically used in cleaning, polishing, applying flux, cutting, edge bending, deburring and surface finishing. From cleaning slots, notches and grooves to surface preparation for plating, wheel brushes serve a variety of industrial purposes.

Bristles are affixed into holes drilled in the core or base. The core is usually made in one piece with an arbor hole to accomodate a shaft or the core can be split and fastened together.
